Terms to know: "Claytons"

If you spend any time in Australia, you will start to pick up on little terms and sayings that to the uninitiated sounds weird. One word you may hear in conversation "Clayton's"?
You will here this term in reference to many things. That is my Clayton's (house, car, boat etc). In the mid 1980's a comercial showed this non-alcholic beverage mixer, that was good enough to have by itself. Their slogan "THE DRINK YOU HAVE WHEN YOU'RE NOT HAVING A DRINK".
The definition. Anything rental or termed temporary becomes a "Claytons".
